Arena Policies


Assisted Listening Devices
RF style assisted listening devices and sign language interpretation services are available by making advance arrangements with Guest Services at Nationwide Arena at least one week prior to scheduled event. For more information, call (614) 246-3872.
Huntington Bank money access machines are available on the main concourse behind the FS Ohio Blue Line team store and near sections 111, 118, and 206. An outdoor Huntington money machine is located outside the Big Lots Box Office located on the west plaza of the arena.
Blue Jackets:
Video cameras, professional cameras and detachable lenses are prohibited. Point and shoot cameras, with a non-detachable lens, are permitted.

Special Events:
For most special events, cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted but small point and shoot cameras are typically allowed. Special events determine their exact camera policy - please call 614.246.3872 one week prior to the show to get the specific information for an upcoming show.

Doors/Opening Time
Doors at Nationwide Arena generally open one hour before most special events and games.
Exit and No Re-Entry Policy
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of emergencies. Guests with emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Desk on the main concourse.
Family Restrooms/Diaper changing stations
Nationwide Arena offers family restrooms in the main concourse near sections 101, 110, 118 and on the AEP Power Level near sections 206, 221, 228.
First Aid
OhioHealth provides first aid and paramedic services for all events at Nationwide Arena. First-aid rooms are located on the main concourse outside Section 120 or on the AEP Power Level outside Section 206.
Guest Conduct
The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from Nationwide Arena:
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside Nationwide Arena.
  • Unacceptable or indecent dress.
  • Failure to obey or follow Nationwide Arena smoking policies.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs; Public drunkenness. Nationwide Arena reserves the right to refuse entry for intoxicated guests
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
  • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas.
Guest Services Desks
Our Guest Services staff is ready and eager to assist with any needs during an event at Nationwide Arena. The Guest Services desks are located by the east entrance on the main concourse near section 111 and on the AEP Power Level near section 208.
Hockey's "Puck in Play" Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, and per the NHL Fan Code of Conduct, the aisles and stairways inside the arena should NOT be used while the puck is in play. We ask all guests to wait for a stoppage in play before moving to or from their seats.

Lost and Found
Nationwide Arena provides lost and found services for guests at the Guest Services desk located on the main concourse next to FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line across from Section 111. Items turned in to Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours. Please call (614) 246-4632 for further information.
Meeting Facilities and Conference Areas

Premium Services
Nationwide Arena offers premium seating and services for 52 suites located on the Suite Level, as well as 26 Loge Boxes and 39 Terrace Tables located on Club Level. Ticketed guests with premium seat parking passes may enter the arena at the G3 entrance on the third floor of the attached parking garage, located on the north side of the building. Amenities available to guests on this exclusive Club Level concourse include access to the Pizzuti Club Lounge featuring various premium dining options, as well as a full service bar.

Service Pets
No pets or animals are allowed in Nationwide Arena with the exception of approved service animals.
Nationwide Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking will only be allowed in a designated outdoor area adjacent to section 122 on the main concourse, on the upper level of the attached parking garage outside of the G3 entrance, and outside the Front St. doors directly across from section 110 (after the event begins).
Ticket Policies
Will Call Policy-
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Big Lots Box Office located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and John H. McConnell Blvd. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

Children's Ticket Policy-
Policy is determined based on each event. To check a specific event please call the Nationwide Arena Box Office at 614-246-2000. For Columbus Blue Jackets games children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission.

Lost or Stolen Ticket Policy-
Lost tickets will not be replaced by Nationwide Arena.

If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report to the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, then new tickets will be printed.

Re-selling Tickets-
The resale of tickets for any event at Nationwide Arena is prohibited with the exception of Columbus Blue Jackets tickets via
