For events that are still scheduled, you’re all set. If anything changes, ticketmaster will contact you.
If an event is canceled, there's nothing you need to do. Ticketmaster will automatically refund the full cost of the ticket and fees to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days. If an event is postponed, hold onto your tickets. When an event is rescheduled, you will be contacted. If refunds are offered when an event is rescheduled, a request refund link will appear in your Ticketmaster account.
Event organizers are constantly assessing each individual situation. If your event is not currently enabled for refunds, check back as status may change.
