Columbus, OH – Cotters Restaurant, located in the Arena District, has set its opening date for December 20, 2004. Presenting a casual, yet fine dining menu and atmosphere, Cotters will offer a neighborhood gathering place for residents, visitors and surrounding corporations alike.

Open seven days a week and serving lunch and dinner, hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Hours of operation may be extended on event nights. For local companies and residents, carry-out service will also be featured.

Cotters will offer a vibrant neighborhood restaurant feeling, featuring lunch items including classic hot and cold New York deli style sandwiches and unique appetizer and salad choices.

Cotters will be located in the first-floor restaurant space on the West Plaza of Nationwide Arena at the corner of Nationwide Boulevard and John H. McConnell Boulevard. Cotters will occupy the downstairs space and seasonal outdoor patio.

Other company ventures in the food and hospitality industry include Vito’s Catering, Inc. Ranked in the top three of 2003 off-premise catering sales by Business First, Vito’s Catering is one of Columbus’ premier off-premise catering and event planning companies. In 2003, they added the management of the food and beverage operation at the Concourse Hotel and Conference Center, located near Port Columbus International Airport. At the Concourse Hotel and Conference Center, they oversee all event planning and banquet aspects and the hotel’s restaurant, the Meridian Bistro.
