How To Get Tickets
Ticketmaster is the exclusive distributor of tickets for events at Nationwide Arena. Ticket prices and delivery options are set by the artist. The more convenient the method of purchase (ticketmaster.com or ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone at 1-800-745-3000), the higher the service fees.
You can avoid additional service charges regardless of payment method by purchasing in person at the Box Office. The Box Office does not sell tickets by phone. WARNING: Tickets purchased from StubHub, Vivid Seats, eBay, Craig's List, secondary ticket agencies or "scalpers" can be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise invalid.
TIP: We recommend a search at ticketmaster.com or via the Box Office as tickets are almost always available at face value. Remember that at the initial moment of on-sale, thousands of tickets can be held in que as people decide if they are going to purchase Ö donít forget to try back. Pay attention to ticket limits and remember that seats can be released after the initial on-sale.
Only verified Ticketmaster mobile-compatible tickets (shown on a device as a QR code, not a standard bar code) will be accepted. Print-at-home PDF tickets MUST be printed in advance and presented on paper at entry to avoid a $10-20 re-print fee. Websites other than nationwidearena.com or nhl.com/bluejackets are not affiliated with the venue.

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Nationwide Arena. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please take note of the following:
- Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid.
- Nationwide Arena will not replace any third party tickets that are lost or stolen.
- Nationwide Arena cannot contact you with information in regards to time changes, show cancellations, or other important information so please contact the venue or check our website.
- You (the patron) will be responsible in contacting the third party if there happens to be an error with your tickets.
- Nationwide Arena cannot refund third party tickets.
Tickets are only good for the event and seat in which they are purchased and cannot be transferred. All patrons are required to abide by the events policies and procedures. Tickets may be voided due to the discretion of the Nationwide Arena staff.
