Accessible seating is available at all price levels and on each level of the facility (accessed by elevators). As with all tickets, they are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a guest has already purchased tickets in the general seating areas, but needs accessible seating, we prefer that be resolved before the day of the event. You may come to the Big Lots Box Office to make arrangements prior to the event day. For Blue Jackets Season Ticket and Partial Plan Holders, you may contact your Blue Jackets Representative at 614.246.3350 for assistance. For all other non-Blue Jackets events, you can call Ticketmaster at 1.800.745.3000. If guests arrive for an event and need accommodations for accessible seating, please visit the Guest Services Desk on the main concourse near section 111 and the Blue Line Store.

Permanent accommodations for wheelchair seating are available in the following areas:
Lower bowl: Sections 101, 103-104, 106-111, 113-115, 117, 119-121
Upper bowl: Sections 202, 204, 207-208, 210, 212-213, 216, 218, 223-225
Club level: CL 11

Accessible Parking:

Two options are suggested; the north entrance of the McConnell garage or the north-east entrance to the Front Street garage.
