At the band’s request, there is a NO CAMERA/ NO VIDEO POLICY Including cell phones.  Once you have scanned your tickets at entry and gotten to your seats, please turn off your phone and put it away for the evening. Phone use is permitted in the concourses.

Per the city of Columbus, face coverings/ masks are required for all guests. Masks will be provided if needed.

Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1” that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line. We suggest leaving most items at home. Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

Tactical/military gear or full paramilitary clothing is prohibited.  Camo print clothing IS permitted.

Nationwide Arena has gone CASHLESS. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.
